OSWEGO, NY (May 19, 2025) – Compass Federal Credit Union’s 59th Annual Meeting took place on Thursday, May 8, inside Compass FCU’s Fulton branch, with four board members elected.

Incumbents Andrew Bucher, Angela Galvin and Clark Sargeant were each re-elected to new terms, while Jeffrey Baker Jr. was elected to his first term.

All officer positions will remain the same for the next year with Michael Pisa remaining as President, Darcy Antonucci as Vice President, Bucher as Treasurer and Galvin as Secretary.

The 59th Annual Meeting was called to order by Board President, Pisa, at 6 p.m.  Final ballots were also cast prior to the meeting.

Following a motion to approve last year’s meeting minutes, Bucher reviewed the Treasurer’s report with Tom O’Toole providing a Supervisory Committee report.

O’Toole was pleased to report that the credit union is being run efficiently and effectively and is continuing to grow each year.

Pisa and Compass FCU CEO, Jennifer Rupert, then addressed the state of the credit union to all members on hand for the meeting before fielding any questions from membership.

Pisa and Rupert each reflected on the fantastic work being done by the Compass staff in continuing to offer superior customer service and new programs for members.
