OSWEGO, NY (September 16, 2025) – Just one year after initially expanding it loan department, Compass Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the addition of new loan officers, Kendra Smith and Debbie Dunlap.
Led by Sr. Loan Officer, Stephanie Woolson, the Compass loan department is eager to help members with a variety of lending needs including auto loans, recreational vehicle loans, personal loans, mortgage loans, student loans, home equity loans and more.

Smith began her tenure at Compass as a Member Service Representative in 2021. Just last year, she was promoted to Jr. Loan Officer before her most recent promotion.
Dunlap comes to Compass with several years’ experience in consumer and mortgage lending. Prior to coming to Compass, Dunlap was a Sr. Loan Specialist for OneMain Financial and a Mortgage Consultant for Hunt Mortgage and Fulton Savings Bank.
