Fraudulent Calls Made to Members - Please Read

FRAUD REMINDER: There is a rising number fraudulent phone calls being made to members, pretending to be employees of Compass Federal Credit Union. These callers are pretending to be a member of our Card Services team and asking members to call an outside line in regard to potential fraud claims. Please know that at NO TIME will a representative from Compass call you and ask for any information in regard to online banking, passwords or account/card numbers - OR ask you to call a number other than our main office.

If anyone calls you, claiming to be a Compass employee, and asks for any of this information - ask for the caller's name and then hang up and call us back at our main number, (315) 342-5300 - or visit your nearest branch.
